Requirements:
Should have the following
Good communication skills
Fluent in English and any other local Languages
Ability to work well within the team
Must be able to solve clients complaints
Should be willing to start working immediately, Successful candidates will be enrolled to perform general Call Center Duties which include: - Attending to incoming calls from customers both new and old,Providing customer care services , Updating Clients Database, Managing Emails / Faxes, Etc
Academics; Grade 11, 12 School leavers Or any Entry level Qualification.
